Kiss Me Heavy Rotation Coloring Eyebrow Review

Last time I did a review on Dolly Wink's eyebrow mascara in shade 02 Mocha. Check it out here. I mentioned there that I didn't really like it, and that I very very much prefer the Kiss Me Heavy Rotation eyebrow mascara. Thus, for this post I'm gonna talk about why!

Dolly Wink Replica! and Why I Think Neither is Worth Buying

Hello everyone! Today I'm gonna talk about Dolly Wink Eyebrow Mascara. Originally I called this post "Dolly Wink Dupe", hence you will see the word dupe in most, if not all, of the photos. But it was pointed out to me that "dupe" means that a different brand is copying another product. However, this post is about copying a product and trying to make it look exactly the same as the original. Thus, whenever you see the word "dupe", change it to "replica".

Anyway, I got the original one from Amazon Japan (here is a link to my haul post for that one), while the fake one was an omiyage from my cousin who got it from a facebook seller. So for this post I'll be showing you guys a comparison of the two. I'll also show you other Dolly Wink products that have fake versions. And while I'm at it, I'll also be reviewing the original one, which comes in the shade number 2 Mocha. Let me tell you now that I do NOT like this product and I won't be buying it again. Now unto the comparison!

Package: Majolica Majorca Lash Expander

Yet another eBay package. This time from a Taiwanese seller. 

A week ago I posted about my Mascara Dilemma. I've been weighing which mascara to go for. We are in a recession so simply buying them all was never an option. Of the four mascaras I was comparing, researching from reviews by other bloggers, I narrowed my choices down to two: the Fairy Drops Platinum film type VS Majolica Majorca Lash Expander Frame Plus.

As the title suggests, I ended up going for the latter. 

I was actually thinking of getting the two since I really couldn't decided between them. But the thing with Fairy Drops, it's been brought to the US so the packaging and the formula was changed. I wanted to get this one:

But they (the only eBay seller selling the platinum versions) only had this:

So as you can see, they're the same thing. Fairy Drops Platinum Mascara Film Type. I have no clue why the packaging is different. I didn't want to chance it so I just didn't buy it. I'll just buy it next time if ever I go to Hong Kong or Japan or something. 

With that said, I'll be doing a review of the Majolica Majorca once I've been using it long enough. I know I keep adding stuff on my "reviews to do" list. But I'll definitely post them soon  

And just to let you guys know, I'll be putting off doing the review for the Holika Holika Aqua Petit Jelly BB Cream. It's summer so I've gotten 2 shades darker . Because of that it'd be a really biased review because I'd say stuff like, it's too light etc etc.

Mascara dilemma: Majolica Majorca vs Fairy Drops

So I'm running out of mascara. My mom told me that once you've found the right makeup for you, you should stick to it. I think I've found my perfect mascaras, Lancôme Hypnose Doll Eyes and Benefit They're Real!. But I kinda want to try out some other ones.

I've fallen I love with the Isehan Kiss Me Heavy Rotation brand as I love love love their eyebrow mascara. I figured their normal mascara should be just as good.

Then I found two other mascaras which have had loads of good reviews.

Majolica Majorca Lash Expander Frame Plus VS Fairy Drops Platinum

Which one to buy??? Or am I better of just buying a good drugstore brand like Maybelline or Essence.
